Trekking Trip 2: High Ridge Forest Walk & Wild Cave
A scenic walk along a high mountain ridge, with beautiful forest and panoramic views.We drive approximately 30 minutes from the Lodge up a steep mountain to a high ridge, where the walk begins. The trek takes around 4 hours, following small forest trails along the ridge. The route includes some uphill sections, but is mostly flat or downhill, allowing you to enjoy the scenery and peaceful surroundings at a relaxed pace. There is one steep downhill section towards the end of the tour.
There are no river crossings on this route, making it a good option for guests who prefer to stay on forest trails and mountain paths.
This is a full-day experience, including the drive, about 4 hours of walking, time to enjoy the scenery, and a stop for lunch along the way.
Along the way you visit an undeveloped natural cave, offering a more adventurous and authentic experience away from the main tourist routes. Please bring or borrow a light from us for exploring the cave.
